Ondikatta Synopsis: A noble person takes revenge on his ex-lover's husband when he gets to know that she has been tortured.
Ondikatta Review: Set against a village backdrop, Ondikattai is the story of Thaiyamuthu (Vikram Jagadish), an uneducated, but noble person who will go to any extent to make Panji (Neha) happy. The latter, who lost her parents at a younger age, has been brought up by her grandmom. Thaiyamuthu, who dreams of getting married to Panji, helps her to find a job so that they can settle down happily in their life. Panji’s grandmom who knows Muthu’s desire for her promises support to him.
However, Panji’s life changes when she gets a job in a nearby town – where she falls in love with one of her colleagues. A heartbroken Muthu hides his feelings from her and makes sure that her dream comes true. Post marriage, her husband starts torturing her physically and mentally that Muthu takes on him.
A wafer-thin plot, coupled with an amateurish making make the watching experience a terrible one. Except for in a couple of scenes, the performance of the actors too, disappoints big time.
